Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of collaboration projects across all our eCommerce sites. You will bring a wealth of experience, information and excitement around eCommerce and digital delivery. You will be highly organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented and able to think creatively and quickly.
- Excellent project management, communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this position. This is a demanding role that requires someone with a high degree of understanding, attention to detail and experience in the interactive/digital This is not a role for a strategist, we need someone that is happy to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.
- Manage Amazon & eBay customer service, sales, and expansion.
- Manage our B2B website, encourage internal adoption by salespeople and external use by customers. Market and promote website to create awareness and increase usage.
Coordination
- Schedule and lead all meetings, create, and run the agendas, capture and distribute all notes; ensure meetings are maximally productive in minimal time.
- Keep work on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Serve as liaison between eCommerce, Sales and other cross functional teams within the organization.
- Help prioritize and execute event enhancements, issue fixes and functionality requests.
- Drive and manage content development – collect and communicate feedback and changes, organize, and deliver assets (copy, translations, imagery), review and ensure all feedback is incorporated and delivered.
Desired Experience
- 3 – 5 years experience in eCommerce including industry product experience.
- Experience in selling on Amazon and use of automated tools to increase efficiencies and enable greater scale.
- A self-starter, a successful candidate will have experience in managing themselves to success and finding their own path
- Confident in their work, a successful candidate will be comfortable presenting their results to others including company leadership
- Candidate has demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams
- Candidate shows skill with prioritizing work independently to ensure that all objectives are accomplished

As an Industrial Tool Repair Technician, you’ll be repairing industrial tools from some of the best brands in the business! As a Factory Authorized Repair Center, AIS Industrial services power tools, diagnostics, air tools, torque wrenches, and utility hydraulics. Responsibilities
As a Tool Repair Technician, you will:
- Have a good working knowledge of how tools work and the repair of them.
- Be responsible for the evaluation and repair of power tools, diagnostics, air tools, torque wrenches, and utility hydraulics.
- Troubleshoot tool failure – fully or partially disassembling units to examine components for wear/defects.
- Evaluate what is not working on the tool, identify the parts required to fix the tool, and work with related staff in the business to order the right parts.
- Repair and replace parts that are worn or defective.
- Diagnostically check the tool to make sure the tool is operating properly.
- Ensure units are repaired, tested for the quality of the repair, and cleaned prior to returning the tool to the contractor.
- Test completed repairs to double check the quality of the repairs.
- Make recommendations that ensure repaired tools returned to customers are maintained.
- Be able to lift 50lb.
- Keep a clean work area.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of tool repair is required; however, training and onboarding programs are designed to support those who are relatively new to the industry. AIS will teach you how to be great at your job!

- Understand and use tool repair basics to evaluate and repair customer tools.
- Learn about all aspects of the industrial MRO, safety, and construction business.
- Show up on-time daily.
- Work Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm.
